Our mission is simple: to connect our community with the best locally sourced protein, produce and provisions - all while supporting the hardworking farmers and makers of Northwest Arkansas.
Our story
We are Henry & Kylee Francis and we began Evergreen Beef Co. in 2024 as a side hustle to add value to Kylee’s 3rd generation beef farm in Berryville by bringing the products to retail - starting with Farmer’s Markets. We were quickly overwhelmed by the strong support and repeat purchase of our items at the Fayetteville Farmer’s Market and we knew there was something special with our consumers - a generation that is changing the narrative and wanting to know where their food comes from and to shop local whenever possible.
Opening a more permanent sales channel for our beef as well as for other farmers and makers was always a long term goal, but when we moved to Berryville in October 2024, the stars aligned and we realized this dream could be closer in than we ever imagined. We first stepped foot into 103 Public Square in December and Evergreen Pasture & Provisions was quickly born.

Evergreen Pasture & Provisions is a carefully curated farm to table store located on the Historic Berryville, AR Square. We work with like-minded, quality driven farmers and makers to provide an array of products to the local community.
Our product assortment ebbs and flows with the seasons, but when you shop with us, you can rest assured that all products were either made or grown in a 75 mile radius to ensure a hyperlocal, hyper fresh focus. We hope to be your first stop any time you’re seeking protein (beef, eggs, chicken, pork), pantry provisions (jams, granola, coffee etc.) or curated homewares (pottery, aprons, etc.)
